The Sweet Girl of Mine ep was recorded by David Michael Fisher (Strangetunge lead singer) at Opus Harmonious recording studio in Cincinnati in 2011. Local music legend David Rhodes Brown contributed lap steel on the disc along with veteran artist Dave Gilligan (harmonica) and members of Strangetunge (Don Stephens, Jack Byrd, Tim Crawford). Mamie Stephens delivers beautiful warm harmonies to each of the tracks. Fantastic front cover photo and design by Alexandra Barrier. Sounds like: Warren Zevon backed by a country band.
